Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $50,000-$65,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Bank Operations Administrator to support executive leadership while contributing to daily bank operations and technology initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and has a strong understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, and back-office support. Experience with Fiserv or other core banking software is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership
  • Support core banking systems, online/mobile banking platforms, and basic IT functions
  • Assist with system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
  • Support back-office operations, reporting, and data management
  • Assist with audits, exams, bank-wide initiatives, and special projects
  • Cross-train and provide coverage for back-office and CSR functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Banking operations experience required
  • Experience with core banking systems (Fiserv Cleartouch preferred)
  • Tech-savvy with basic IT systems knowledge and data management experience
  • Familiarity with banking regulations (Reg E, Reg CC, BSA/AML)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple functions
